I have just recently taken over the Position of Project Manager at The First United Church in Truro. The position includes Sexton Duties, Sound engineering (tweaker) duties and promotions manager for the Under the Steeple Productions. I am very excited about this position as it gives me the chance to promote musical events of all sorts in two different venues. I have a modern digital 16 track recording studio in the main sanctuary and a loud but proud analog system PA in the Church Hall. I have a very high knowledge of food science and am the owner of From Mild to Wild Hot Sauce Shop, which I operate from my home, this business comes naturally to me as I was once the owner of Jobe's House Of Pepper Limited. Jobe's House of Pepper Limited was a retail location in downtown Halifax. One of the first pepper themed specialty stores in Canada. From this came From Mild To Wild Hot Sauce Shop. We are now based from my home and have a strong Canadian following in the Hot Sauce industry. We offer private labeling and mail order, as well as multiple vending tents at most local festivals, events or trade shows. I am a people person with many good friends in many different countries and industries. I am well read and have developed my knowledge of everything by reading technical and writing documents from many industries. I have computer skills and can manipulate my way through programs and applications. I have a knowledge of computer hardware and how it works and have taught small groups of students the basic workings of their PC. I have built personal computers for my own use and understand troubleshooting and am able to effectively expedite repairs.
