About David John Seth

With over 25 years in construction and nearly 20 years in project management, David is an organized and effective Construction Manager. His experience includes project work in both the private and public market sectors. He brings strong communication and technical skills to his work and a proven ability to manage relationships and expectations with owners, designers, and subcontractors, bringing about solutions-oriented approach toward successful delivery. In addition to holding the CCM and DBIA credentials, David's experience in providing leadership and management during the program development, pre-design, design, procurement, construction, and post construction phases of a project is well regarded. His care and skill in managing the project teams and high-level budget programs ($300M+) are exceptional. As a LEED AP, David is committed to environmental sustainability, building performance, and quality work and living environments, and has managed a number of LEED projects that have helped to reduce our global dependence on fossil fuel and its global carbon footprint.
