For more than 10 years as a Group Leader at Toyota, I've had the privilege of guiding talented teams through the complexities of modern manufacturing, from the Paint and Weld shops to production and materials groups. My focus is on building a culture of excellence. I'm passionate about implementing lean manufacturing principles and Hoshin strategies to not only solve problems but to anticipate them. I've successfully led my teams in developing solutions that reduce defects, improve ergonomics, and set new standards for quality. Leading people through change is what motivates me. As we've transitioned toward large-scale automation and digital transformation, my priority has been supporting my team members, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to thrive while we achieve new levels of productivity. Key highlights of this journey include: Leading my teams to win prestigious awards like the Ergo Cup and Quality Cup. Driving key automation projects that resulted in significant cost reductions and efficiency improvements. Mentoring team members to adapt and excel during our company's large-scale digital transformation.
