I am a hard working, motivated individual who is ready to conquer each work day with a positive and upbeat attitude. I have excellent problem solving skills that I gained through my work experience diagnosing technical issues on equipments such as Water Heaters, Pool Heaters and Furnaces. I am a highly knowledgeable and skilled individual. I take the safety of myself and the people around me very seriously, hence why I'm very cautious with what I do and ensures that everyone around me is left in a good, safe and healthy environment. I am good with people, able to negotiate and have exquisite communication skills that I am given the opportunity to demonstrate interacting with customers at my current place of employment. My ultimate goal is to always leave the customer happy and satisfied which I am proud to announce I do successfully. Not only am I good with customers, I also go out of my way to help my team members and ensure they know that I am available whenever they need me. I am a good member of the team, so much so that I was nominated, by my peers, for the President's Award for top employees at my current place of employment. I love being in nature, and was able to grow my love for it when I worked for Ontario Parks as a seasonal worker. I learnt an abundance of patience, dedication, interpersonal communication, and time management skills. I am always willing to learn, gain more knowledge and experience, and excited to grow as an individual.
