I am a Partner at KordaMentha. I'm an experienced corporate advisor working for some of Australia’s most recognised and trusted advisory firms including KPMG and KordaMentha. I'm a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Secretary, Chartered Governance Professional and Registered Liquidator. My team and I also won the 2023 TMA Turnaround of the Year Award for successfully completing a world's first in the turnaround industry. I am a confident, ambitious and empathetic leader. My senior roles have expanded across various divisions of large national and international organisations including finance, treasury, information technology, health and safety, sales and supplier procurement, human resources, risk and compliance, internal legal and asset utilisation. These services have been provided to clients of various sizes and cover a range of industries. My experience has allowed him to become a proficient leader in negotiations, corporate strategy and operational management whilst developing highly regarded EQ. Focusing on people, efficiencies and accountability to improve business processes, allowing focused and accurate management reporting to add value to the overall business. I have a keen interest in the risk and governance of organisations. I am a Chartered Secretary and a Fellowship member of both the Governance Institute of Australia (FGIA) and The Chartered Governance Institute (FCG). I have worked with Boards, Senior Executives, Shareholders and Financiers, to ensure management is capable and appropriately resourced to successfully manage the business. In the community I am a Commissioner For Declarations and has participated on the Professional Committees of IWIRC, ARITA and CA ANZ. I also established and ran non-for-profit companies to promote fitness and health to young Australians in Far North Queensland.
