David Josey is a passionate and experienced program manager and consultant with over 10 years of experience in program management, business development, and evaluation across a wide range of sectors. In his current role as Programs Manager for Immunity Canada, David has led several key initiatives that have improved program delivery, strengthened membership engagement, and enhanced the volunteer experience. He thrives on understanding needs, creating actionable plans, and building effective evaluation and learning systems to improve outcomes. David has also worked as an independent consultant, collaborating on high-impact evaluations for organizations like Academics Without Borders the Inter-Council Network of Canada, and the Aga Khan Foundation Canada. He has delivered successful fundraising campaigns, including securing for an early childhood development centre in Kelowna. With a Master’s in Human Security and Peacebuilding and ongoing studies in Non-Profit Management, David brings a strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on experience. His expertise in stakeholder engagement, budget management, and data analysis, along with his ability to adapt across different sectors, makes him excited for the next chapter in his career.
