As a Network Administrator with years of experience in the field, I have developed a deep understanding of the critical role that networking systems play in modern organizations. In my current role as a Senior Network Technician at Big Land Networks, I am responsible for providing advanced technical support for the organization's networking systems, designing, deploying, configuring, evaluating, and maintaining these systems, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, training and assisting less experienced technicians, and providing guidance and support to other members of the IT team. Previously, as an IT Site Support Analyst at Rio Tinto, I provided technical support to clients, installed and configured hardware and equipment, as well as various software-based installation, troubleshooting, and development tasks, such as debugging software issues and creating custom software solutions. In my earlier role as an IT Network Administrator, I supported, developed, and managed network services at an industrial site, configured and maintained networking systems, and collaborated with other teams and departments to ensure the smooth operation of the organization's network services. My technical expertise includes cybersecurity, communication protocols, routing protocols, network administration, Cisco Systems Products, Windows Server, troubleshooting, and networking. I believe that staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments is crucial to ensure that our systems are current and effective.
