Throughout my career, I have led significant projects within the traditional Oil & Gas, Renewables, And Advanced Manufacturing industries. Recently, I led team tasked with executing an Electrolyser Supplier Management plan in support of a 1GW+ Green Hydrogen Projects Portfolio, resulting in cost and schedule enhancements. I have also established new supply chains that delivered project feasibility work 30% under budget and on time for a pioneering 600MW E-Methane/LSG project. My leadership in early contractor engagements and strategic vendor partnerships has been pivotal in progressing key projects in regions such as Canada, northwest Europe, and the Middle East. Beyond my professional achievements, I am committed to mentoring future leaders through initiatives like the Shell Canada Mentoring Circles and the BMO Mentorship Program at Haskayne Business School.
