I am an accomplished and passionate Senior Quality Management Professional with in-depth knowledge and over 32 years of progressively responsible quality leadership in developing, deploying and improving Quality Management Systems in numerous IT outsourcing, systems integration and manufacturing environments compliant or certified to global Quality Standards (ISO TL AS 9100, ISO 16949, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, MIL-Q-9858A, CMM/CMMI, ITIL (ISO ISO NHB 5300.4(IB), NQA-1/ANSI N.45, FDA QSR 820, etc.). I lead an organization to deliver the highest quality products that exceed customers’ expectations at reduced costs. I have extensive capabilities assimilating performance data to identify systemic trends for problem prevention.
