Highly motivated general assignment and sports reporter who takes pride on being able to do it all and do it well. Reporter at WTTG- Fox 5 in Washington, D.C. working a variety of dayparts, covering everything from crime to the Washington Commanders, transportation to professional pickleball tournaments. Former general assignment reporter at WTAE-TV, the ABC affiliate in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. I covered a variety of shifts, from bringing breaking news to viewers in the morning as it happens to politics, features, and everything in between. Won a Mid-Atlantic Emmy for coverage of a February Tornado in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Won an Associated Press award for a feature on a Pittsburgh Pirates fan who'd missed just 22 home games in 37 years. Prior to Pittsburgh, I started my career at WDBJ7, the station I grew up watching in my hometown of Roanoke, Virginia. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2012. There, I was a double major, earning a degree in Broadcast and Digital Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and a Political Science degree in the Maxwell School.
