I bring over 20 years of expertise in food safety, quality assurance, and food processing, focusing on delivering high-quality flavor and food solutions. My role emphasizes driving compliance with food safety and quality standards as well as supporting innovation in thermal processing, reactions, dry blends, seasoning, savory and sweet liquid flavors, reactions, emulsions, extracts, encapsulation processes, acidified bases, soup bases, dairy, produce, puddings, gels, and ready to eat cereals. I have been responsible for the safety, and quality of foods, and ingredients supplied to many of the largest, and most recognized food companies in the world; including PepsiCo / Frito Lay, Coca Cola, Mondelez, Campbell's, Kraft Heinz, Hershey's, Mars, Boars Head, Conagra, TreeHouse / Protenergy, Arizona Iced Tea, McCormick, Turkey Hill, Anheuser Busch, Boston Beer, Kelloggs, Kellanova, General Mills, WalMart, Albertsons, Kroger, Wegmans, Trader Joe's, and many more. With exposure from Farms, Ports, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing Plants, and Retail, as well as Certification, training, and practical implementation experience with USDA, FDA, PCQI, HACCP, SQF, CFR 21 part 110, 117, 130, FSIS appendix A, FSMA, Supplements and Sports Nutrition, Organic, Kosher, Halal, NGMO, RTE, and NRTE regulations across a wide variety of food sectors, I offer strong knowledge and understanding of the entire supply chain.
