About David Kasipovic

I like building things that last — organizations, programs, and sometimes even songs. Over the past years I’ve moved between strategy, business development, and people & organization development. What connects it all: creating clarity, designing structures that help others succeed, and keeping a sense of creativity alive in the process. I’m curious by nature. That curiosity has taken me from scouting technologies and shaping ecosystems to designing mentoring programs and global offsites. Some projects were big, some small — but in each of them I learned how much impact it makes when people have the right setup to do their best work. Outside of work, I channel the same energy into music and creative projects. It keeps me balanced and reminds me not to take myself too seriously — extreme death metal is a good counterweight to power point presentations by the way:)
