I am a highly motivated, versatile and adaptable History graduate with working experience within the areas of information handling, customer service and client building relationships that I have obtained through working in the private and public healthcare sector over the past four years. I have worked with various clients with learning disabilities and mental health issues whilst also working closely internally with teams of care managers, field care supervisors and NHS professionals when required. My experience in private and public healthcare and retail exposed me to the key skills of working with customers and clients from different backgrounds both culturally and professionally. I am efficient in a variety of skills such as report writing, information analysis and time management. I have been trained in a variety of important legislations concerning healthcare and my certificates can be provided upon request. I have a high level of empathy, efficient with critical reasoning and analytical skills, including the capacity for solving problems and thinking creatively; intellectual rigor and independence, including the ability to conduct detailed research; ability to construct an argument and communicate findings in a clear and persuasive manner, both verbally and in writing.
