My passion is the development of people. I provide a clear purpose for my teams and then inspire them with a vision for what success looks like and feels like. I demand a culture of high performance by coaching and developing the standards that the business dictates as well as creating an environment that is built on trust, integrity, clear concise communication, and a team first philosophy. The execution of these strategies result in low turnover, increased return guest flow, higher profits, and a culture that promotes a high level of success in our measured results. I enjoy the challenge of teaching people about both the Mechanical and Psychological aspects of leadership. This is a driving factor in my team successes as well as their individual personal development. My true personal payoff of my job is to see one of my team members become a successful leader. They thank me for inspiring them to be the best they could be, investing time in them, helping them develop a strong foundation of systems and tools, and coaching them leadership strategies that help them manage day to day operations with a high level of execution as a standard.
