About David Kellerman

With an undeniable passion for sports and law, I get to live in both worlds on a daily basis. I am involved in various aspects of sports law, including doping, assisting professional athletes, and the legal implications of safe sport. I am the Deputy Director of Sanctions and Outcomes for Canada’s official safe sport program, Abuse-Free Sport. I sit as an arbitrator on the doping hearing panel of the International Powerlifting Federation. I also arbitrate safe sport matters. I have been operating my litigation firm since 2006. I have acquired an expertise in the field of family law, and complex custody litigation. I have extensive experience before the courts and I am an intuitive negotiator. I have taught labour and employment law at Montreal's O'Sullivan College to aspiring lawyers and paralegals. In 2020, I launched 9.A.M, a video series dedicated to family law conflict. In 2021, I launched Motion to Podcast, a video podcast on a variety of current legal topics. It is a privilege to do what I do.
