Hello! I'm David - I'm an experience and interface designer from Denver, CO with a background in quality analysis in enterprise software. I am insatiably curious about the way people do their work, the problems and friction they face in their work, and how design can make their work more fulfilling and less frustrating. I thrive on opportunities where I can use my keen awareness and entrepreneurial mindset to discover problems and create intuitive digital solutions that eliminate inefficiencies and let people do their best work. Accomplishments- Used surveys, contextual inquiry, and heuristic evaluation to assess the impact of problems with automated test building. Wireframed and prototyped a high-fidelity solution to test with real users. Results showed a decrease of 94% in time to build an automated test and 89% decrease in time to edit tests- Collaborated with engineers and product managers to build features to drive no-code developers efficiency and satisfaction in a proprietary IDE- Initiated a project to define and build a holistic solution for test asset visualization, management, and maintenance.
