Qualifications Certified Public Accountant with more than 38 years of management and supervisory experience, with last 22 years as Vice President and CFO. Experience obtained in the importing/wholesale, construction, real estate, manufacturing and mortgage industries. I have extensive experience in the importing/wholesale and construction industries. During the last 22 years I have been the chief financial officer of a major closely held sporting goods company overseeing all areas within the finances of the company and reporting directly to the owner and CEO. Prior to my position as CFO, I managed the accounting staff in areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, job cost, and general ledger.
