With over 20 years of work experience in sales and marketing, I am the Director of Sales and Channel- EMEA at Dropbox, a leading cloud-based collaboration platform. I lead a team of over 100 sales professionals across 14 countries, driving revenue growth, customer retention, and partner engagement in the region. I also oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of the sales performance and channel activities. I have a strong background in marketing, having completed a diploma and a BA (Hons) in Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology and Dublin Business School respectively. I leverage my marketing expertise to design and execute effective sales campaigns, promotions, and events that generate leads, increase brand awareness, and showcase the value proposition of Dropbox. Some of my core competencies include account management, customer service, strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. I am passionate about empowering my team to deliver exceptional results, while fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and diversity.
