I have 24 years of experience in disaster housing inspection services, participating in response and recovery efforts for presidentially declared operations for both WSP and FEMA. As an Inspector and Field Operations Manager, I am responsible for overseeing WSP’s field operations. I also lead the broad cadre of pre-adjudicated inspectors that lets us serve FEMA effectively even on the largest and most urgent response efforts. I provide leadership to task order managers and coordinators, ensuring readiness for both regular duties and declared disasters. I also review quality performance tier status for inspectors and handle all related human resources, quality, complaint, compliance, finance, and budget issues. I work with all WSP departments to ensure the HIS team can consistently deliver cost-efficient, timely, and high-quality inspections with high customer satisfaction for FEMA.
