Computer experience: Autodesk Inventor Design Simulation Suite; Inventor Solid Modeling Pro; AutoCAD Mechanical; SolidWorks 3D CAD Design; Simulation Design, FEA; Microsoft Office,(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ect.) and MS Projects Accomplishments include: • Led a global cross-functional team to implement new cutting solution to existing mobile Cold Calendering metallic tissue line. • Led a global cross-functional design team to design and build capabilities for new products and components for a well-established Wind Energy vertical, which increased revenues. • Led a cross-functional team from multiple sites to develop a cost savings process for a new rigid High Temp product in a volatile Solar Industry; this process achieved cost savings in labor, energy costs, and the ability to blend in lower costs utilizing reclaimed textile waste without loss of quality. • Utilized Lean Manufacturing methods to reduce identified constraints and wastes, measure takt time, identify flows, and implement a pull system, which reduced work in process (WIP) throughout several lines.
