About David Kidd

I was fortunate early in my career to have a mentor who groomed me to be successful in the RV business. I was given the opportunity to launch fundamental departments needed for a new RV business to grow. Through relationship-building, networking, and good old fashioned hard work, I trained staff to support operations within each department I launched. Eventually I became General Manager. Other than maximizing sales, my main focus for greater success was turn ratio. Fun Time's turn was nearly 8 times per year under my leadership. Years later, Fun Time RV closed and Fun Town RV emerged in it’s place. I spent 3 years putting to use my experience in how the internet interfaces with consumers placing the company ahead of the game fast. Later, I accepting the GM position at a new location near Houston. Our grand opening was late in 2014. The Wharton location ranked #1 in Houston and #2 in the state of Texas for year end 2015. After leaving Fun Town RV in May of 2016, I accepted various positions around the state while looking for a store I could call home acquiring additional knowledge from successful dealerships outside of what I gained during my "Fun years.
