About David Kieghe

People who know me well talk about my diverse skills and multidisciplinary background. I have worked in clinical care, management consulting, public health, academics, and international development as staff-leader and consultant in private and government settings in Nigeria and in the United Kingdom. I have the capacity and ability to guide teams to achieve objectives and goals. I also have the skills to design culturally appropriate interventions, programs, and to guide projects from initial planning to on-time and on-schedule final delivery. My integrative and big-picture strategic thinking, research, diagnosis and problem-solving skills are transferrable, and are the products of diverse training, experience, expertise and exposure from developing and delivering solutions across sectors and industries. As part of my contribution to the greater good, I actively contribute to discussions and debates on issues of national, regional and global concerns, including sustainability and inequality. I am also the author of the book, National Ambition Reconstructing Nigeria. The book discusses corruption as an existential threat to Nigeria and proffers solutions exploring the historical, philosophical, cultural, and social contexts in which Nigeria's current political and economic systems exist, and shape and behaviour. Specifically, it also discusses governance, the economy, and human development and shares perspectives and solutions that countries in Africa can adapt to strengthen community systems.
