My background as a Manager and Team Leader has involved operating in variety of complex, challenging and cross-cultural military, immigration, commercial and local government operations management. My unique client communication experiences has equipped me with a strong set of skills that I have used extensively to secure excellent operational and strategic outcomes in each role that I have undertaken. I work with integrity and am passionate about establishing and cultivating deep and trusting client relationships at all levels. I am able to use powerful and adaptive tactical communication skills to connect and build rapport with diverse client identities, particularly in multi-cultural settings and encourage open and positive communication between those with disparate views.
