Some of the key highlights of my 19+ years in supply chain include: • Managed large organization of project management and supply chain professionals in shaping the procedures, strategies, and contract decisions impacting $4B+ in annual spend. • Delivered cost savings in excess of $300M for a major capital / construction project for a Fortune 500 electric utility. • Developed and executed strategic sourcing strategy for a nationwide $700M telecommunications infrastructure program. • Crafted the strategic and operational design of an all-new IT vendor management office (VMO) including in support of a global professional services firm. • Led the detailed analysis and advised on sourcing strategies for the worldwide capital expenditures of a Fortune 200 medical manufacturing organization.
