I am a versatile professional with years of experience in Training, IT Help Desk and various Administrative roles. I have been responsible for training employees nationwide on various operating systems and applications such as but not limited to, Windows 10, Windows 7, DocuSign, Salesforce, and the Microsoft Suite including Skype for Business, Teams. etc in a formal and non-formal environment e.g. annual National Sales Conferences, boardrooms, user's desk, over Skype, Log Me In and other remote desktop programs. Colleagues know me as a highly motivated professional who can always be trusted on no matter the task. Someone who likes to have fun and make them laugh but always remaining professional while providing the best customer service. I enjoy working and collaborating with others but can work well alone. I have a double honours BA from McMaster University in Communication Studies & Multi-Media. In addition, I have my certification in CTT+(Certified Technical Trainer).
