About David Kitt

MY CURRENT SITUATION I am currently living in Jeddah KSA at Jeddah Prep and Grammar school. I initially joined JPGS in August 2020 on a two Year contract, but I extended for a further year to 2023. MY TEACHING I am a fully qualified PE and History teacher. I have taught PE for 20 years in international, mainstream, MLD, and SEN schools. I have also worked in many sports and holiday camps across UK. I can teach most PE disciplines. I also specialise in teaching History at KS3 & KS4. TEACHING IN SAUDI ARABIA During my time at JPGS I have taught PE and swimming to both Prep and Grammar school children. I have also worked as Duke of Edinburgh lead, and I have arranged overnight Adventurous Journeys to the deserts and mountains of North East Jeddah. I was responsible for JPGS contribution and participation in all national tournaments (SAIKAC, RSAC and LISST). I regularly represented my school at conferences and fixture seminars. JPGS is also a member of BSME; our whole school recently underwent a 3-day COBIS inspection, I was responsible for the preparation of the PE dept for this inspection.
