Innovative facilitator, experience designer, and educator leveraging improv and theatre to enhance communication, spark creativity, and develop leaders for organizations and teams. The original idea behind Artly Working started something like this: There are things that businesses view as intangibles, like… - Team chemistry - Emotional intelligence - Performance under pressure (…to name a few) But actors see these things as skills. Skills that you can practice. We train. We improvise. We rehearse. Come March of 2020, the world changed. On March 12th, I put together a pilot for an online Improv team building workshop and invited my friends. By April, we had our first few clients. By the following year, we had worked with over 100 companies to make the remote world feel a little more connected, human, and fun! Now, I'm working on the original mission, to use my improv and theatre background for strengthening culture, developing essential soft-skills, and cultivating leaders.
