About David Klur

Leading EY's Learning Transformation and Analytics efforts, I am responsible for transforming our learning and development function in the Americas using innovation, robotics and analytics. We are creating world-class learning experiences to enable our people to become better leaders for our clients, our teams, our communities, and for the world. In my 20 years of experience at EY, both in client service and in global transformation programs, I have been responsible for the ongoing learning and development of consulting professionals and helped design, develop and deploy courses. As a Partner in the Data and Analytics Consulting practice, I have seen first-hand how data, automation and innovation are transforming the business landscape and I am excited to apply these same principles to our learning and development function.
