About David Kosberg

My goal in life is to simply add value to others. I help people be intentional and on purpose in their personal and business life. I cultivate leadership in people and businesses because I believe that creating a culture of leadership will be what propels you to the next level. As a Certified John Maxwell founding partner, I'm a founding partner of the John Maxwell Team, a certified speaker and trainer and have had the opportunity to be mentored by John Maxwell himself over the years. I use his resources along with many others to help businesses and individuals bridge the gap between knowing and doing or where they are now and where they want to be. Along with my wonderfully awesome wife, Geri, we own Palm Beach's premire event, floral, and lighting design company specializing in weddings and large events. We also use our business to accomplish two tasks. First, we focus on adding value to others in our industry through business training, consulting, coaching, and mentoring. Our desire to see other industry professionals grow. Second, we use our wedding expertise to help build and stregthen heathly marriages as this is our passion in life. The keep the family unit together. For me, if I can add as much value to others as possible, I believe I am leading life to its fullest!
