I am a driven and solution-oriented banking professional with 13 years of experience across various segments of the financial sector – including product development, sales, lending, and leadership roles. Currently, I work as the Head of Microbusiness Lending, where I lead a dynamic team focused on optimizing lending strategies and supporting small business growth. I have 7 years of experience as a microloan product developer, and since June 2023, I also serve as Product Owner for Hungary in a major international project, developing digital lending processes and platforms. As Product Owner in a group-level digital lending transformation project, I represent the Hungarian market in the development of a new, end-to-end digital credit process. My role bridges business needs and IT delivery by defining product requirements, prioritizing the backlog, and aligning stakeholders across departments and countries. Throughout my career, I’ve also gained valuable experience in sales, strengthening my ability to understand client needs and design practical, business-driven solutions. My background as a former professional basketball player for over a decade has shaped my mindset: I’m team-oriented, disciplined, resilient, and always striving for excellence.
