David M. David M. Kover is a Certified Financial Planner™ with OneDigital, following the acquisition of Vertical Financial Group in 2025. With offices in Naples, Chicago, and Valparaiso, David brings over 37 years of experience helping individuals and business owners navigate the complexities of financial planning. Known for his “common sense” approach, David guides his clients through critical decisions in areas such as retirement planning, estate planning, college funding, long-term care insurance, and business succession strategies. As a Certified 401(k) Professional, David specializes in helping business owners evaluate and implement retirement plan solutions tailored to their workforce, while helping ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards. As a Certified Financial Planner™, David has completed rigorous coursework and examinations in investments, tax planning, insurance, retirement strategies, and estate planning. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA), where he contributes through the Speaker’s Bureau and Pro Bono Committee. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA).
