This resulted in the offer to become the Inventory Control Specialist. My implementation of inventory controls improved loss prevention and overall department organization. These actions lead directly to decreases in inventory write-offs. As a result I was offer a newly created position of the Asset & Inventory Supervisor. This combined the personal, assets, and inventory of three branch plants under one local inventory group. Working with CCI, I created first widely used “do not call” program. The program and hardware were leased by Cyberlog to Verisign generating $5 million in revenue prior to the development of their verification system. My work helped lead to an improvement to CCI’s US patent. I am adaptable and a quick study. I have 20+ years Customer service experience, I have strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
