About David Kui

Currently I work as a consultant at ptc, a consultancy company providing parking, traffic and civil services. I have over 10 years of experience in the parking industry, beginning my career at ptc. Consultants as a Data Analyst and later being promoted to Business Analyst. This foundational experience has equipped me with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This fundamental experience has equipped me with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Throughout my career, I’ve provided consulting services to a diverse range of clients, including airports, commercial properties, hospitals, shopping centres, schools, universities and councils.In my current role, I’m responsible for delivering a wide range of projects, including Parking Management Strategies, Parking Demand Assessment, Feasibility Studies, Car Park Tenders, Market Rent Assessment and Technology/Innovation Strategies, to help client improve their parking experience, maximise commercial returns and explore innovative solutions in equipment and parking management. I’m also in charge of negotiating with client in delivering proposals, and presenting our key findings and solutions to key stakeholders.I take great satisfaction in delivering valuable solutions that help my clients achieve improvements and reach their business goals. I believe that success in consulting stems from a deep understanding of clients' needs, the ability to identify practical solutions, and a consistent focus on enhancing the customer experience. Outside of work, I love cooking, and exploring new places through travel and photography. I’m also a huge fan of Lakers and Real Madrid. These interests help me stay balanced and foster creativity, which I can also bring to my workplace.
