With over seven years of experience in managing and designing business solutions, I am a passionate and creative Solutions Architect at Blokker, a leading retailer in the Netherlands. My core competencies include customer relationship management (CRM), product management, business strategy, and communication. I strive to deliver innovative and effective solutions that align with Blokker's vision and goals, and that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction. I enjoy working with diverse and collaborative teams, and bringing fresh perspectives and insights to the table.As a Solutions Architect, I am mainly responsible for getting business requirements and creating solution designs on complex changes and overseeing the different teams and (external) stakeholders on the development process. I have worked on several projects regarding Ship from Store Delivery Management and optimizing fulfillment locations based on KPIs. I have also set up Thuisbezorgd as an external marketplace and automated the fulfillment and article availability processes, as well as improved the returns process for online orders. I have used my skills in CRM, product management, business strategy, and communication to deliver high-quality results and to ensure customer satisfaction.
