These are a few of my favorite things:Building, Development, Quality Control. I have always thrived in an environment where there are situations, procedure/process, or actual items that need to be improved or built. The pace and challenge to make something work well is necessary and satisfying.Relationship Management. This is a very vast umbrella where all sorts of relationships aspects and purposes are placed. Having lifelong friends, mentors, 6 children, a wonderful wife, being part of various organizations, and professional relationships for prospecting, sales and growth, has been challenging of course. I have found that keeping my interests and the interests of others in mind is essential. I believe in Servant Leadership styles as a solid base for this.Customer Service. While this easily could be under Relationship Management, I believe its worth mentioning due to the fact that it seems to be a lost value in many current business cultures. It takes tons of effort, communication, planning, team work, etc. to do this effectively. There is definitely a different feel to being "served well" or "sold". Relationships should be enjoyable, not just a tool to accomplish goals.Constant Challenge. This has often been represented by incentivized income positions. Having goals, deadlines, areas of growth personal and professional make me better. I love to win. I enjoy the pace and drive it takes to be elite.On this journey, I have been a staff member of an adventure camp, Lone Tree Lake Shore as a Ski Instructor and Hiking Guide, a Youth Pastor, a Builder and Warranty Manager for Hansen and Horn Group, a Business Owner of a construction and remodeling company, a New Home Counselor for Beazer Homes Inc, a licensed Real Estate Agent in Indiana, a Processing and Packing Lead and Orders and Logistics Supervisor for Passmore Ranch Inc, Construction Field Assistant for Lennar Homes. All challenging. All enjoyed.
