My experience over the past years has been working in various projects in both residential and multifamily apartment projects. In addition to managing employees, I have supervised and managed workforce and equipment scheduling, time cards, scheduling vendors and subcontractors in normal and emergency type situations. Responsibility for reporting monthly job cost projections, system tools to evaluate route solution efficiency and predict impacts to the business and customers. In addition, I also conduct coordinating jobs to be completed in a timely manner in job progress for compliance with project plans and schedules, keeping customer satisfaction at a high rate. I am familiar with IIRC/ANSI S500 protocols. My people skills in handling extreme stressful situations to multi-tasking are mastered. Every project demanded various types of estimating and layout utilizing Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Sage Timberline, WordPerfect, and PowerPoint to complete estimation to final draft. In addition, trouble shooting reported problems; I had managed calls to ensure that each customer is contacted at a predetermined time frame. I have a strong written and oral communication and organizational skills that make every project flow smoothly and effectively according to companies’ guidelines.
