David is an experienced Executive Search Consultant having over 20 years experience in the search industry. Recently he worked as a Manager of Talent Acquisition for Pfizer. Previously he worked in the Philadelphia office of Heidrick & Struggles for 4 years and was a dedicated member of the Life Science practice, specializing in Pharmaceutical and Biotech recruiting on a global basis. The majority of his search work is for large pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients ranging from Director to President level. He has recruited in most functional areas including Basic Research, Clinical Research, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Sales, Business Development, Pricing/Health Economics, C-level Executive, & Board of Directors. Prior to joining H&S he spent 4 years doing contingency and retained work for Management Recruiters Inc. based in San Diego and Philadelphia. He worked as a full cycle generalist recruiter, developing search business as well as execution on a global basis throughout many industries. He has recruited at all levels from Senior Manager to Senior Vice President. Areas that were covered at MRI: Administrative, Hospitals, Clinics, Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Architecture, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, and IT. During this time he had some significant performance achievements including ranking first nationally in billing. Prior to joining MRI Dave worked as a Direct Hire Recruiter for a Regional Medical Staffing Agency in San Diego. He staffed a variety of roles from Administrative to Technical at all levels throughout all the Hospitals/Clinics in the San Diego region. A native of Pennsylvania, Dave holds a B.A. in English Literature from The George Washington University.
