I'm a veteran, looking for opportunities in North Carolina, or remote work. But before I tell you more about what I do, let me tell you why I do it. I provide a strategic look at the forest, so others can identify their path. I'm passionate about providing dynamic leadership and direction to include the tools, structure, and latitude necessary to accomplish our goals. I am skilled and knowledgeable about special topics, procedures, and operations which rank high up on my list of priorities. Because I can comprehend why individuals think or feel the way they do, I have a unique perspective on events, people, and situations. I actively listen to others and seek their input to identify multiple ways to accomplish the goal. My efficiency in channeling my efforts to detect areas of weakness and concentrate on them help me to improve the functionality of our team. The activities I focus on to include the problems and opportunities an organization faces which command my best efforts. I actively help individuals deal with these problems and take advantage of those opportunities. As a lifelong learner, I yearn to improve things about myself, other people, or the situations I find myself in.
