About David Lam

Through the experience of being a hobby musician, I found my way to events, marketing, business development and its management early on. I was given the opportunity to support fellow musicians by founding my first aggregation of interest, which resulted in an international cooperation between my local government in Germany (Rhineland-Palatinate, Ahrweiler district) as well as with the European Union (Jugend in Aktion Project) between 2013 and 2017. I studied at the bib International College in Bergisch Gladbach as well as at Southampton Solent University BA (Hons) Event Management and finished my degree with a First Class Honours. Specifically focussing on Event Management, International Marketing, Digital Marketing and Strategy for Business. Being able to have worked as Managing Director of a small media agency in my hometown by simultaneously lecturing young students in Cologne, events manager within the agricultural industry, and now as a project leader for events in the political sector. These opportunities allowed me to improve, to network and to develop my professional and personal skill set as young professional.
