About David Lamka

My life purpose is to promote the potential of business leaders in Latin America to generate a positive impact on the ecosystem. I firmly believe in conscious capitalism and BCorps so that companies serve a higher purpose where all parties (stakeholders) find fulfillment and meaning thanks to them. I have been accompanying the transformation of thousands of leaders in Europe and Latin America for more than 13 years, as well as working with businessmen and executives from the largest and most traditional companies, as well as the most disruptive startups. I published the book "The 5 virtues of the transformational leader" in order to inspire more companies towards a sustainable transformation. I co-founded Beyond - Be Extraordinary, a company that promotes the potential of people and organizations to be extraordinary. I co-founded IMPARES after the October 2019 protests in Ecuador. It is a social project that generates spaces for personal transformation, acceptance and restitution of trust, through the experience of diversity. I am Swiss-Czech of origin with a Latin heart. I organized meetings for leaders from all sectors of society to participate in a meaningful and transformative dialogue. My training as a Participatory Leadership Facilitator; Ontological Coach, Transpersonal & Integral Coach, Coaching by Values; Primal Dance teacher; and my postgraduate degree in Transpersonal Psychology has provided me with the ability to support the transformation processes of people and organizations in a truly innovative way.
