I’m a self-motivated, hardworking and driven individual with over 20 years Commercial experience within Finance, Project Controls and Estimating looking to add value to a global organisation. My Finance experience dates back to 2004 with roles such as: Insurance Clerk, Accounts Assistant, Assistant Financial Manager and Financial Planning & Analysis Manager in industries such as; Telecommunications, Live Entertainment (Retail – Ticket Sales), Business Services (Transport), Shipping and Engineering. My Project Controls and Estimating experience started in 2008 within Commercial Estimating, as Senior Project Controls Specialist & Senior Cost Engineer in the Project Management industry. Since 2019 I've been in the Rail Industry for Etihad Rail expansion project in the UAE, as Cost Control Lead and for the last three years as Finance Project Manager. Value Add through understanding of profitability components and troubleshooting. I have the analytical ability to resolve problems and strong leadership skills to motivate people to achieve internal / external client objectives and goals.
