Background
About David Lankford
I am a student of leadership, education, innovation and engineering. I completed an MEd. at Houston Baptist University and now apply what I learned to create Innovative learning spaces that promote technology and project based learning on a global scale. I teach coding through robotics and design thinking and problem solving skills through innovation projects. I have Kindergarten through twelfth grade classes. Innovation builds collaboration and communication skills through team projects. I love to teach Python and Computer Science. I can spend hours coding and not realize how the time has passed! My favorite STEAM project is bridge building all seven types.Never stop learning to serve and to lead others. I seek to promote collaborative project based leaning. Leadership in education is what I provide. As a Change Agent building consensus is my methodology. As a Maker, I believe our students learn best when they are solving problems.
