About David Laster

I have over 25 years of deep ERP experience and oversee our Microsoft Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power BI teams. Supporting customers in the process of migrating to Business Central from other ERP systems is the name of the game now. I enjoy and drive forward the pre-sales, design, discussion, needs assessment, system buildout, testing, training and go-live elements of these projects. Building quality data integrations of all shapes and sizes with ERP systems has always been a part of the work I do, but I am especially proud to serve as the Product Manager throughout the development and rollout of our Bullhorn One Connector for both Dynamics GP and Business Central. Helping Staffing & Recruiting firms build their modern tech stack on the Microsoft platform is bringing efficiency, automation, simplicity and reliability to their everyday operations.Financial reporting and analytics are indeed passions of mine. I’ve written a book about Microsoft Management Reporter, and frequently present on GP, BC, and Power BI topics at national industry events and conferences to help others gain knowledge and get up to speed quickly on the technology and the process. I also volunteer, create and support the educational content and programming on both the GPUG and BCUG committees, and in 2023 was grateful to be given the Legends Award at Community Summit.
