About David Leach

While simultaneously working in the airline sector for the past nine years and also attaining my Bachelor's and Master of Arts in Military History (Sub-specialty of International Relations) at Kansas State University, it is my goal to utilize my experience as a capable leader on the job and student in the classroom to find a suitable career in the public or private sector pursuant to my passions and interests. I have valuable insights in areas such as project management and analysis with my experience leading teams in uncooperative and chaotic environments with competing deadlines. I am extremely knowledgeable about safety, security, and environmental regulations stipulated by the municipal, state and federal governments. I’ve gained invaluable expertise in various Human Resource-related and Leadership functions relating to handling customer and employee disputes with tact, poise, and objectivity while keeping the overarching goals of the company in mind. My efforts have been rewarded with outstanding annual appraisals by airline leadership and have been recognized by Envoy Air awarding the Customer Cup to my station for going above and beyond the operational performance metrics expected by the company.
