About David Lee

David began his career in Calgary AB in 1995 with Cohos Evamy (now DIALOG), where his work focused on a number of major indoor and outdoor shopping centre developments and expansion projects. In 2007 David acted as the Lead Project Manager for CrossIron Mills and in 2012, for Edmonton's new Ice District (acting on behalf of the consultant team). In 2014, he embarked on a new career path as Project Manager for Cadillac Fairview, to assist them in managing their Western Canada Portfolio, specifically in Alberta, including their premiere retail developments; CF Chinook Centre and CF Market Mall, and Calgary City Centre Phase 1; a 1.2M SF, LEED Platinum CS 2009, office tower in the heart of downtown Calgary. In 2020, David relocated to Vancouver BC to continue managing CF projects at CF Pacific Centre and CF Richmond Centre; CF's first major densification project. David’s role in project management is an extension of his career development, where he continues to manage the efforts of the consulting and construction teams, understand and empathize with the challenges of all groups involved, and create and maintain strong, positive, relationships.
