I am a specialised in intellectual property lawyer. I have a strong track record in contentious IP matters, working with national and cross-border trade mark disputes. I assist with strategic counselling, prosecution, litigation and commercialisation of all types of IP, such as copyright, trademarks, patents, design, domain names, unfair competition and trade secrets. Furthermore, I assist in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements. I have vast experience from a variety of commercial agreements, including distribution and retail, licensing, IT consultancy and outsourcing. I am also an appreciated speaker within trademark related matters and currently acts as guest lecturer at Lund University and Uppsala University. I am a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the International Association for the Protection of Industrial Property (SFIR), the Swedish Anti-Counterfeiting Group (SACG) I am also a CEDR Accredited Mediator. I have previously been member of the Board and Secretary of AIPPI Sweden (2017-2020) and Member of the Intellectual Property Committee of ICC Sweden (2017-2021).
