With my rich background in the end-to-end process of real estate and property development, I drove a dream project into reality by starting a layout and space consulting organization years after establishing L&M Group, a leading real estate management firm I founded in 2015. Smash Plan, a company I began in early 2021, highlights the pre-construction phase, where designing primarily takes place. Utilizing the skills I have honed throughout my journey, I coordinate closely with architects, crafting cost-effective and functional layouts from scratch to deliver top-notch services to our clients.
