About David Leggat
My collaborative projects at the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR)-Military HIV Research Program (MHRP) focus on lymphocyte analysis in both humans and NHP. I am very interested in prophylactic and therapeutic pathogenic related research focused on reducing disease burden. I serve as a scientific advisor for two core facilities including, the Cellular Immune Monitoring Core (CIMC) and the Flow Cytometry Core (FCC). I also maintain my own research interests. I am always looking for opportunities to enhance my knowledge and capabilities in immunology and microbiology related research. I believe teamwork and integrity are central to the scientific achievements being pursued these days and welcome honest collaborations.
