Custom color matching experience via Specto and visual, and ability to maintain color/ph through extensive runs. I enjoy the Flexographic Printing field and the challenges that come with it. I train and lead production employees in a fast paced production environment. I am adaptable with many printing processes and able to troubleshoot through issues that arise and create a solution that can be taught and repeated as necessary. Ultimately, my overall goal is to create an environment of trust, honestly, and team work that can rise about personal differences and backgrounds to achieve the daily needs and goals as well as have a well defined expectation of what is needed from each of us. My favorite saying to those I work with is give me 100% of what your able to for the day, and we will cover the rest.
