A world where no one is left behind and where business, governments, NGO's, non-profits, & charities all share a common vision to achieve the UN Global Goals for Sustainable Development. We are in a period of massive social upheaval, with public consensus changing quickly and dramatically while fragmenting at the same time. There is a pressing demand for leaders and companies to be more accountable, to be more socially responsible, to not only react but to lead in areas that were once seen as the domain of politicians or the social sector. Change cannot happen in isolation, and I know that change can be scary. I work in partnership and to create a network of people and businesses that together bring infinite opportunities. A network that champions that embraces new ways of working. We are in the middle of a great transformation, a fundamental shift in how our societies and economies work. Everything is being disrupted. When Plan A stops working, there is a dash for a plan B - trying to find new ways of doing what you already do. The people and enterprises that are thriving though are those with a plan C - applying totally new thinking, business models and ways of working. My Plan C is to make people be vital in what they do. And to make a difference every day by; Building a movement that is reshaping how the world works with a sense of community that we all feel part of and one that has our backs and is empowering people and enterprises into reshaping the world that would not have happened otherwise. I practice Plan C by; Empowering people to build teams that make a positive difference to people’s lives through the services they deliver.
